John Gentry and his band have a unique sound that's stems from 90s style honky-tonk country mixed with Texas Country music.

Lead Singer, John Gentry has a voice that will grab your attention from the very first note with crisp and clean voice vocals that sound like no other.

Musical influences would include Travis Tritt, George Strait, Clay Walker, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Mark Chesnutt and Texas' own Josh Ward, Cody Johnson and Aaron Watson. John Gentry is a Montgomery County boy born and raised in Willis, Texas. Singing in small rodeo events and playing for bands as often as possible, John started to pursue his own music career January 2022.

John Gentry served in the United States Army from 2009 to 2012. He served in Afghanistan with the 5/2 ID 1-17th Infantry Battalion from 2009-2010.
