I can't find my tickets
I forgot my password
If you don’t remember your username and or password, you can easily recover either one:

If all else fails, you can send an email to [email protected] and include the email address which you used when you purchased tickets. We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible!
I forgot my username
If you have forgotten your username, the easiest thing to do is click the User Name Recovery Link , enter your email address, then answer the security question you created when opening an account.
If you purchased tickets as a guest, your username will likely be the first part of your email address followed by a “-G1”. For example: if your email address is [email protected], then your username would be gene.simmons-G1. You can then use use the password recovery link below if you forgot that as well.
If all else fails, you can send an email to [email protected] and include the email address which you used when you purchased tickets. We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible!
I didn't receive an email
If you didn’t receive an email receipt, the first thing to do is check your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find it, then you need to log in then click on Orders at the bottom of the page. You can then click the Print Tickets button for the order of your choice.
I am having trouble buying tickets

- If you have purchased from us before, click the check box and enter your username and password (follow the recovery procedures below if you forgot)
- Or click the login with Facebook button
- If this is your first time, it’s best to Create An Account so that you can more easily access your tickets later. So fill out your email address, click the box to create an account, choose a password and security question, then move on to the credit card info section
- Fill out the Credit Card info (self explanatory)

Move to the Billing Info section and fill in every field
- If you DO NOT want the ticket sent as a text message and you want to print your tickets instead, then DESELECT the checkbox for Text Tickets

If you receive an error after filling in all of the information then see possible solutions below:
- We do not accept international credit cards
- Check that your debit card has money in the account
- Some gift cards may not work, so try a credit or debit card

Can’t find the event I’m looking for:
- In the search bar in the upper right, try the following
- Try only the first 3 or 4 letters of the artist’s name or event name
- Try searching for the venue name (or the first few letters)

I need a refund
Most of our events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions are below:
- If your event has been cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically and you can expect a refund within a week of the announced cancellation. Service fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- If your event moved to a different date, your tickets will be valid for the new date. A refund will be issued less service fees if you can’t make the new date.
- Please send an email to [email protected] along with your Order ID and refund request.
- If you made a mistake and purchased too many tickets, we may be able to provide a refund less applicable taxes and service fees. Refunds cannot be issued after the event has started.

I have some other issue
Below are a few other common problems or questions:
- Q: Do I need to print my tickets? A: Not if you purchased the text-a-ticket (MMS) option.
- Q: I’m having trouble printing. A: In some cases the “Print Tickets” button will not work due to your security settings on your computer. When this happens, go to the “file” button on the top left of your screen. From there you can select “print” and you should have no problem getting them to print.
- Q: How do I unsubscribe from Outhouse Tickets emails. A: At the bottom of the email, you should find an unsubscribe button. If that doesn’t work, send an email to support.
- Q: Why do I have to provide my cell phone number? A: You don’t unless you want the tickets sent to you as a text message. Don’t worry, we won’t sell your number. Worst case, we may need to contact you regarding the status of your event.

My order history
To access your Order History, you need to log in then click on Orders at the bottom of the page. You can then click the Print Tickets button for the order of your choice.

NOTE: All tickets are printed from your own printer or sent via MMS text message. No tickets are mailed. There is no need to print your tickets If they are sent via text to a smartphone.
You can log into your account from any computer with a printer at any time and print your tickets by going to "ORDERS" and then click "PRINT"
My tickets print out without a bar code...are they valid?
No, they are not valid unless they have a bar code. It is most likely your security settings. Here is how to fix. Log into your account. Go to "orders" at the bottom of the page. Click on your order. You will see your tickets on the screen. Instead of clicking the large "Print Ticket" tab, go up to "file" in the upper left corner of your browser. Click it and it will drop down, and press "PRINT" from there. This should take care of it.
If not, email [email protected] for help. We have also just added a feature to print a PDF file that will enable people to have a second option to print their tickets.
My printer is not working and I can't print my ticket.
You can log into your account from any computer that has a working printer to print your tickets. Go to "Orders" at the bottom of the page. You can print tickets your tickets from there.

You can log in from your phone and click Print Tickets then zoom into the bar code so that it can be scanned
Will any of my personal information be sold or sent to other companies?
We never sell any of your personal information. In some cases the venue will request email addresses of their customers who purchased tickets to the event. This is given in case there are any changes to the date or time of the event. They may also like to inform you of upcoming events.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Answer: ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.....All events are considered rain or shine with no refunds unless otherwise noted.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled, your tickets will be good for the make up date. If there is no make up date, or you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund. All refunds will be done for the value of the ticket less any service fees and taxes. Please send an email to [email protected] with your Order ID if you need a refund.
I bought my tickets but when I press the "Print Ticket" button, they will not print.
In some cases the "Print Tickets" button will not work due to your security settings on your computer. When this happens, go to the "File" menu on the top left of your screen. From there you can select "print" and you should have no problem getting them to print.
How do I "unsubscribe" to Outhouse Tickets emails?
Simply log into your account and go to "edit profile". Next, scroll down and uncheck the box at the bottom. Make sure to click the "Update Button".
