Located in downtown Shreveport, Red River Brewing Company is the first local brewery since prohibition and one of Shreveport-Bossier's most sought after event venues. Established in 2012, RRBC blazed a path into craft beer history when we released our flagship Louisiana Wheat Rye Ale, Hay Ryed, a beer that celebrates the rich music history in our town. ?Inside the taproom, you'll find our newest addition, The Smokehouse at Red River Brewing Co. This new venture elevates bar food to a whole new level, with barbecue and smokehouse-style food in mind. At The Smokehouse you can enjoy locally sourced food, hand-prepared daily. Whether you are craving brisket, burgers, or even a bowl of mac and cheese, The Smokehouse has something fo everyone!

Today, we have our brewpub, we've distributed our beers throughout Louisiana and we successfully launched a full line up of extremely fun and experimental beers. While we no longer want to be in every store, we now strive to be the 'go to' family friendly destination for our neighbors and the people visiting Shreveport -Bossier City.
