This is a benefit to help two people in our community fight Sarcoma. Both of these individuals are very important to a young man that is a senior in high school. The first one is his Aunt, she is one of the mother figures in this young man's life because her sister which is his mother passed from cancer several years ago. The other individual is this young man's father. They both were diagnosed within a couple of weeks of each other. So we are trying to raise money to help with the cost of medical, lodging & gas costs for them to get treatment. Everyone appreciates each & everyone that orders a ticket for the concert. Also we will be selling sausage on a stick, hamburgers & sodas at the concert. There will also be a silent auction with autographed merchandise from Curtis Grimes. If anyone is in the Overton area May 11th between 10 am - 1 pm we will be having a car wash / bake sale at the Catherine Building beside Brookshire's & then June 1st we will be holding a bucket brigade at the four way FROM 8 AM - 12 PM.
