An aspiring singer/songwriter from Hamilton, Texas, Presley Haile is making her presence known in the Texas Music Scene.

In her early years, she participated in church and school choir. She then began performing alongside her older brother while he played guitar and sang. When her brother signed up for the military, he inspired her to pick up the guitar and pursue a career in music, which ultimately led to her interest in writing her own songs.

During the Larry Joe Taylor Festival (LJT Fest) in April 2023, Presley debuted her second single, Mountain Daughter, which immediately caught the attention of Shayne Hollinger, the program director of KFWR 95.9 The Ranch based in Fort Worth. Shane posted the video he shot on socials and it caught the attention of many, including Cody Canada formerly of Cross Canadian Ragweed.  

The Mountain Daughter story:  A trip was taken by Presley and her boyfriend, Nick Brumley, to Colorado where they camped, hiked and wrote. One day, they went off the beaten path and found a lone aspen tree in which they carved their names. Moved by this memorable experience, Presley jotted down the first few lines of Mountain Daughter that evening at their campsite. A few months later, Nick helped her complete the project.
