Southern Charm is a duo made up of two female country artists. Billie Jo Sewell and Shelby Ballenger are upcoming singer/songwriters who travel all over Texas playing in bars & honky tonks, winery's etc. The two joined forces 2 years ago and have combined sets to bring authentic harmonies onstage.
