Events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions are below: If your event has been cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically and you can expect a refund within two weeks of the announced cancellation. Service fees and taxes are non-refundable. If your event moved to a different date, your tickets will be valid for the new date. A refund will be issued if you can’t make the new date.
