Events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions are below:

If your event has been cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically and you can expect a refund within two weeks of the announced cancellation. Service fees and taxes are non-refundable.

If your event moved to a different date, your tickets will be valid for the new date. A refund will be issued if you can’t make the new date.

If you cannot see the refund popup, please send an email to scottysaloon@gmail.com

If you made a mistake and purchased too many tickets, we may be able to provide a refund less taxes and service fees. explain the situation, and we will see what we can do.

No Refunds cannot be issued after the event has started.
