for JV & VARSITY Athletes (co-Ed) All-Sports

Bring:  - Water Bottle - Towel - Clean Sneakers - Weight Lifting Gloves (if desired) 

Each Session is 1.5 hours - Mondays @ 6:30pm

Parents must drop off and pick up at end of session.
